Whether it’s the front yard, backyard, side yard, or that secret corner your pup loves to sneak off to—we scoop it all. Just let us know where your dog roams, and we’ll handle the rest. Pricing may slightly vary for large and extra large yards, but coverage is always complete. Spotless shoes. Greener grass.

We tailor our schedule to match your needs. Whether you’re looking for service multiple times a week, weekly, bi-weekly, or just once a month, we’ve got you covered. We also offer one-time cleanups—perfect for special events, moving days, or just a much-needed reset. Pricing for one-time services varies depending on the size and scale of the service needed.

💰 How is pricing determined?

Our pricing is based on a few key factors: yard size (regular: under ¼ acre, large: over ½ acre), number of dogs, and how often you'd like service. We keep it simple and transparent—no nickel-and-diming for extra areas or hidden fees. Just clean yards and clear pricing.

📅 Are there contracts or long-term commitments?

Nope! We believe in flexibility and freedom. All of our services are contract-free and you can cancel anytime—no hard feelings (though we’ll miss your pup).

🧾 How does billing work?

We use a monthly subscription model that keeps things stress-free and consistent. Want to save a little extra? Opt for quarterly billing and get 10% off. We also offer one-time cleanups with a card on file—easy in, easy out.

💳 What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards—just add one to your account, and you’re all set. Payments are secure, automated, and one less thing for you to worry about each month.

🤝 Do you offer referral rewards?

Absolutely. When you refer a friend who signs up for recurring service, you both get a free week of scooping. It’s our way of saying thanks for helping spread the word and keep more yards tidy.

🐾 Can I request a specific day for my service?

We do our best to accommodate preferred days based on our route scheduling and availability. While we can’t guarantee exact days for every location, we’ll always communicate clearly about your service schedule—and keep it consistent week to week.

📸 Do you send service updates or photos?

Yes! Before each visit, you’ll get a notification that we’re on our way. After each visit, you’ll get a confirmation that we’ve scooped your yard and a picture of a latched gate (locked if lock is present). If we notice anything out of the ordinary—like unusual waste, gate damage, or signs of illness—we’ll keep you in the loop. For one-time cleanups, just ask and we’re happy to send before-and-after photos.

🧼 Do you clean up messes other than dog poop?

Our main focus is dog waste, but if there are a few small bits of trash that have blown into your yard and it’ll fit in our scooping bucket, we’ll take care of it for you, no problem.
